Shocked After Seeing These Single Story Estates in Southwest Las Vegas For Under a Million

That moment you walk into a home and feel a rush of emotion that tells you, "this is it; this is house I'd like to call home."

While out showing homes in the Southwest part of Las Vegas -- My home buyers and I were scheduled to visit a brand new home community that met their criteria: single story estates, 3,000 sq ft-4,000 sq ft approximate living area, next generation suite, and a big backyard with a pool or if there was no pool -- enough room to put one in, and a max price of $700,000. 

Initially, when I show properties to potential Las Vegas home buyers, I like to bring them to a few resale listings and one or two new construction communities so I can narrow down their most important wants and needs. The feedback I normally get from this process helps me work my magic in bringing us one step closer to finding their PERFECT home!
